Professional Background:
Michelle is a CPA who comes from a background of
public and corporate accounting. She has held
various accounting positions with Deloitte and
Touche, LLP and Republic Bancorp in Cleveland, Ohio.
After relocating to Lewiston, Idaho, in March of
2000, Michelle began consulting for the Idaho Small
Business Development Center. Michelle started
teaching for the Business Division in 2003 and is
now an Associate Professor.
Personal:
Michelle is a native of Ohio who greatly enjoys the
outdoor activities offered in Idaho. Michelle is
married with three children.
Association, Affiliations and Special
recognitions:
Michelle is a member of the Western Academy of
Management and the United States Association for
Small Business and Entrepreneurship. She is the
faculty advisor for the Ambassadors Honor Society.
Michelle is a CPA and a member of the AICPA and Ohio
Society of CPAs. In 2006, Michelle received the
Outstanding Business Faculty of the Year award.
Interests:
Michelle enjoys running, traveling, camping and
reading.
