Spalding Hall (1924)
Spalding Hall is a three-story building with a partial basement and brick masonry exterior walls. It was originally used for C.C.C. officers' residence and construction cost $50,000. It is named after Henry H. Spalding who was a missionary with the Nez Perce Tribe. It was used as a married residence dormitory until 1950 and was unoccupied during the college closure (1951-55) and not reopened until 1966 when the first floor was remodeled into offices. Subsequent remodels were done in 1968 and 1977 (following a 1975 fire that damaged the west end of the basement). The building is now used exclusively for offices with the exception of two small conference rooms that are used as classrooms. Offices inside the building include:
