Check Out Policy
- Most resources may be checked out to current LCSC students and alumni at no cost. We ask
that you check materials out no earlier than 4:00 p.m. and return them by 9:00 a.m. the
following day.
- Certain materials are considered "Reference Only" and may not be removed from
the office.
- Non-students may check out materials only at the discretion of the Director of Career & Advising Services.

Student Computers - The CAS Office provides
five PCs with all the
latest capabilities. The computers are available for students on a reserve or walk-in
basis to use in some of the following ways:
- Access the internet to research employers or other areas
of your job search
- Contact an employer or organization through email
- Type a resume and/or cover letter
- Type your Candidate Information Form (see

- Use Kuder Journey -
Career & Advising Services purchases a license that allows
us to provide activation codes to students and alumni.
You can use it anytime, anyplace, as long as you have access to the
internet. It is an
excellent source of exploration and information. Stop in and check it out! If you are not

VCR/DVD - If you would like to view a video
or DVD, but don't have access to a player (or don't
want to take a video home), please use ours!
Copy Machine - You may copy pages from resources in our office for .10/copy.
Fax Machine - You may send and receive career exploration or job search related facsimilies through our office at minimal cost to you.
Fax charges are as follows:
United States - $2.00/1st page, $1.00/each additional
International - $4.00/1st page, $1.00/each additional
