Topics: Career & Major Exploration; Time Management; Goal Setting

If you are unsure of your major or career choice, need help with time management, and would like help developing both short term and long term goals, this seminar is for you! During this seminar, you will participate in a self-assessment program and learn many ways to explore majors and careers. You will learn how to manage your time more effectively, which will decrease stress and help you manage assignments and prepare for tests. This seminar will also teach you how to set goals and the steps to achieve them.

Interviewing Techniques DVD/Video:

Interviewing well is a learned skill. This presentation is great for individuals preparing for a first interview as well as a refresher for those with previous interview experience.  You will learn how to prepare for an interview, answer questions successfully during the interview, and perform effective post-interview follow-up.
