If  you intend to enroll in classes at North Idaho College and Lewis-Clark State College during the same semester, your financial aid enrollment status will be determined by combining credits from both institutions. Your financial aid eligibility will be determined by the Financial Aid Office at Lewis-Clark State College.

1. Submit a copy of your accepted, signed financial aid award letter to the Business Office at North Idaho College every semester to have your fees deferred. If your financial aid does not cover the cost of your North Idaho College tuition, you will be responsible for paying the difference in accordance with NIC's published dates. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

2. Download and submit a Concurrent Enrollment Certification Form to the Registrar's Office at North Idaho College, the Registrar's Office will then verify your enrollment and submit your form to Lewis-Clark State College.

3. Download and submit a Concurrent Enrollment Fee Waiver form to NICHE (Northern Idaho Center for Higher Education) at 1000 W. Hubbard Ste. 130, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814. Your concurrent enrollment fee waiver status will be determined by combining credits from the institutions you're enrolled in. If the total amount of your tuition and fees (not including course-specific fees) exceeds $2095, you may be eligible for a refund.
