Concurrent NIC Students

 Students enrolled at both NIC/LCSC will receive
financial aid through LCSC.

If  you intend to enroll in classes at North Idaho College and Lewis-Clark State College during the same semester, your financial aid enrollment status will be determined by combining credits from both institutions. Your financial aid eligibility will be determined by the Financial Aid Office at Lewis-Clark State College. 

Please complete the following steps. If you have questions contact

1. Submit a copy of your accepted, signed financial aid award letter to the Business Office at North Idaho College every semester to have your tuition deferred. If your financial aid does not cover the cost of your North Idaho College tuition, you will be responsible for paying the difference in accordance with NIC's published dates. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

2. Download and submit a Concurrent Enrollment Certification Form to the Registrar's Office at North Idaho College, the Registrar's Office will then verify your enrollment and submit your form to Lewis-Clark State College.

3. Download and submit a Tuition Reimbursement Application to Kim Mason at LCSC-Cd'A. Your concurrent enrollment fee waiver status will be determined by combining credits from the institutions you're enrolled in. If meet the criteria, you may be eligible for a refund. 

 

Official Transcripts
Printable form		 To receive full credit for previous courses, you must submit a copy of your official transcripts from all previously attended institutions to the Admissions Office.

Library Card		 Your Student ID card will serve as your Library card and must be activated to use with LCSC Library Services.
  • Complete Library Card Registration
  • Enter your information
  • Enter complete bar code from your card.
  • Email is your new LCMail address.

Parking Harbor Plaza

LCSC-CdA students,

If you have classes scheduled for Harbor Plaza…Please respect our Harbor Plaza neighbors during business hours (8:00-5:00); their success is often dependent on the availability of customer parking.  (The exception to this request is disability parking—which is available and marked at the Plaza.)  Evening and weekend classes do not present a problem for our neighbors.

Parking is also provided in the Plaza upper parking lot. To access Plaza classroom #215, stairs are located in the center and at both ends of the building. 
 

Registration
 
Advisors will not be available during the Holiday/Summer break. Please plan accordingly.
In order to Register for class, you must:
  • complete the admission process
  • meet with your advisor
  • turn in a signed Program Information Form (PIF).
  • Complete Conditions of Registration via your Warrior Web account.

    If all these steps are completed you may register for classes
    at the appropriate time via Warrior Web.

Student Health Insurance		  Health Insurance coverage is required by students enrolled for 12 or more credits. You will automatically be charged the fee for insurance when you register, and will be responsible to pay the premium along with your tuition and fees. There are no exceptions.

Students with proof of other coverage may waive the premium.
Important Steps:
  • Waiver must be completed EACH and EVERY semester to avoid charges.
  • You may add dependants and increase coverage; action required EVERY semester before the *5th day. (*changed spring of 2008 from 10th day)
  • Complete SHIP waiver via Warrior Web in a timely manner to avoid adding charges to semester tuition and fees.
  • Late submission will require you to pay for the fee and then receive a refund check.

during regular business hours M-F, all other payments will be made online through your WarriorWeb account.

How to login:
username: enter the initials for your first and middle name, and your entire last name.  For example, John David Smith, would be - jdsmith. 

password: This number is your date of birth, entered without dashes or spaces.  For example, 01/01/1981 would be entered 010181.

LCMail  is the official means of college communication to our students. You will receive both administrative and academic information in this way. It is the students responsibility to check it regularly.
 
Warrior Web  is your source for online student records and course information. You will able to search and register for classes, access online classes, determine your financial aid status, check your grades, view and print unofficial transcripts, and much more.
