Ultimate Barbecue

You've got
the deck, the barbeque and the fancy tongs so NOW you're
ready for some tips and tricks that only Chef Bill Jollymore
can show you!! In this demonstration class, you'll learn
barbecuing with financially-friendly cuts of meat; using
rubs and sauces; barbecuing items you may not associate with
the grill and much more. You'll sample recipes in class, so
come hungry.
No minors, please.

Chef Bill Jollymore has
been the executive chef at the Red Lion Hotel since 1998.
Jollymore has been in the food and beverage business for
over thirty years.
