Food Court Vendor Information

Vendors interested in participating in the AUE Food Court must include proposed menu item descriptions, prices, trailer/tent dimensions and booth fees of $235 per 16x16 space and/or $60 per 4’ x 4’ space and a $45 electricity flat fee upon submitting completed application. 10% commission is collected upon closing on Sunday of the event.

Important Dates:

Application Process Begins: November 1

Application Deadline: February 1 - $35 late fee hereafter

Application Acceptance Letters Emailed: Upon Application Review

Check in/set up: Thursday, April 26, 4-6pm 

Event Operating Hours:

Friday, April 27, 12-7pm

Saturday, April 28, 10-6pm

Sunday, April 29, 10-4pm
