Cake Decorating
Taught by Odetta Church at LCSC
Students will learn borders, the proper way to hold the
pastry tube, writing with frosting, flowers, and more! Put
all your new skills to the test as you frost and decorate
your own cake to take home.
Odetta Church started
working at Costco in the Bakery in 1993. In 1998 Odetta was
promoted to Cake Decorator. She was trained on the job and
also attended a Wilton Cake Decorating class in Clarkston,
Washington.
