Center for New Directions Offers Divorce Support Groups and Anger Management Classes

Beginning October 15th, The Center for New Directions (CND) will offer a free support group for women. This group will address many topics relating to divorce. The group will meet on Monday evenings, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Center.

Also on the 15th, CND will offer a free workshop for men, focusing on divorce and life after divorce. The men's group will meet on Mondays, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Muna Crook, Marriage and Family Therapist, will facilitate both groups.

There is no charge for these groups and childcare will be provided.

Julie Grinolds and Muna Crook will also facilitate a three-week anger management class. The class consists of three two-hour sessions and will be held monthly, on Wednesday evenings from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

The first series of classes is scheduled for October 17th, 24th , and 31st. For more information, to make referrals or to register, please call the Center for New Directions at 208/792-2331.
