Ready or not, here we come!
Kids’ College combines learning with fun

LEWISTON – “Mom, I’m bored!” Parents often hear those plaintive words about two weeks into summer vacation. The Kids’ College at Lewis-Clark State comes to the rescue.

This annual event breaks up the summertime doldrums with a wide range of exciting learning opportunities. Starting June 17th and running through August 9th, a number of week-long classes will be offered giving kids, grades 4-8, a variety of challenging and fun activities. The classes will be offered at varying times of the day.

Several great topics are on the agenda: “We are looking to offer classes on archery, health care careers, web page design and youth theater,” said Kids’ College organizer Kristy Roberts. “We’re even working with the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Association to deliver classes over our video conferencing system.”
