Annual Lewis and Clark Symposium
Coming Up June 20, 21 and 22
The 4th Annual Lewis and Clark Symposium “Two Centuries, Two
Peoples: A Confluence of Histories” comes to Lewiston June 20, 21 and 22
The theme of this year’s symposium is Trails Through Time. Held on the
Lewis-Clark State campus, the program will focus on mapping, studying and
retracing history and trails in the land of the Nez Perce Indians.
The event is sponsored by LCSC Extended Programs and will offer
presentations from regional and national experts and scholars relating to
the historic trails in our area. The highlight will be a guided bus tour to
Salmon Trout Camp near Weippe.
One teacher in-service credit or 1 LCSC academic credit will be available.
