LCSC's Morgan goes to Arizona -Avery Ash, Afternoon News/Sports Anchor, 4K News/KOZE Radio Lewis-Clark State College short-stop Matthew Morgan was
selected in the 18th round of the Major League Draft by the Arizona
Diamondbacks. Morgan transferred to LCSC in '01 from the College of the
Sequoias in Vialia, California after being named California Junior College

loss to Oklahoma City in game 13 of the NAIA World Series in Lewiston,
Idaho. Morgan became the 549th overall pick as the World Champion
Diamondbacks make him their 18th pick.
