Students, Alumni Coming in August
LEWISTON - When students arrive at Lewis-Clark State this
fall, they will find another tool at their fingertips.
Starting this fall, LC students will have their own account on
important bonus will automatically give every current student access to
e-mail, calendars, clubs, committees, and a direct link to Warrior Web
Designed for LCSC students and alumni, the LCWarriorMail site will
host sections for campus news and Headline News©, as well as a campus event
calendar. It will also serve as a direct point of contact between faculty,
staff and students via a new student e-mail messaging system.
Along with the e-mail messaging system, LCWarriorMail offers personal
and shared calendars, club and committee group-forming that includes
document sharing and live chat rooms, an address book to store information
and e-mail addresses, and online photo albums to share favorite photographs
Current students will have an automatic login composed from their first
initial, middle initial, and last name (for example: jdsmith) They will also
be assigned an automatic password and e-mail account addresses composed of
their first and middle name initials, followed by their full last name and @lcwarriormail.com
(for example: email@example.com.)
LCSC alumni are also getting this special treatment, and will receive a
letter offering them free lifetime e-mail service from LCWarriorMail.
Interested alums need only reply to request their account, or they can call
the Alumni Relations Coordinator at (208) 792-2458.
To help users get the most from their free tools, training sessions on using
LCWarriorMail will be offered in August and September. Dates will be
posted in the LCWarriorMail news section and on the campus calendar.
