Stinson is chosen as President-Elect for IALN

Lori Stinson, Professor and Chair of the Division Nursing and Health Sciences at Lewis-Clark State College, was recently elected as President-Elect for the Idaho Alliance of Leaders in Nursing (IALN).

The IALN’s mission focuses on assuring a quality nursing workforce by bringing together nursing leaders from education, practice, research and industry to address Idaho workforce and workplace issues. IALN supports the articulation of Idaho nursing education programs, coordinates the Idaho Nurse Refresher Program for nurses returning to work, and directs the Idaho Nursing Workforce Center, which assesses and plans for educating more nurses in Idaho, while analyzing and reporting comprehensive nursing workforce data. Stinson’s new duties start in January.
