Kayaking, summer salads, and herb gardening highlight CECE offerings

LCSC Continuing Education & Community Events is offering classes on making spring and summer salads, whitewater kayaking, and planning your medicinal herb garden during the next month.

The Spring & Summer Salads class will be held April 1 at 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Red Lion Hote. Chef Bill Jollymore will teach the class, which has a fee of $50.

An introduction to Whitewater Kayaking will be april 2 at 6-10:30 p.m. The class will meet at the LCSC Williams Conference Center and then transport to an campus site. Mike Beiser and the University of Idaho Outdoor Program staff will teach the class, which has a $45 registration fee.

Planning your own medicinal herb garden will be held April 5 at 10 a.m.-noon in Room 135 of the LCSC Activity Center West, Linda Kinsbury will teach the class, which has a $35 registration fee.
