Breast Cancer Walk is Saturday, Oct. 25

Three organizations at Lewis-Clark State College are holding a Breast Cancer Walk on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Lewiston Kiwanis Park to raise both awareness and funds to fight breast cancer.

Sodexho Food Services, the Lambda Theta Alpha women’s sorority, and the Idaho Student Nurses Association at LCSC are all sponsoring the walk.

The 2-mile walk will start at Kiwanis Park and will follow the Lewiston Levee. There is no registration fee for the walk, but Breast Cancer T-shirts will be available for purchase at $15 apiece. Also, a raffle will be held and some of the prizes available include movie theatre tickets, and salon and Starbuck gift cards. Cost for a raffle ticket and Breast Cancer T-shirt is $20. Shirts and raffle tickets will be on sale prior to the walk at Kiwanis Park.
