Recipes are needed for fundraising cookbook
The ASLCSC and Ambassador CDA Chapters are having a fundraiser by creating a cookbook.
The cookbook will be sold and all proceeds will help LCSC students and their families who need help for the holiday season.
Recipes are being accepted from LCSC students, faculty, staff, alumni and LC-CDA family and friends. The emphasis will be on North Idaho cuisine so recipes that involve wild game, huckleberries, and salmon, along with Native American, camping, and hunting recipes are being sought.
To submit a recipe for publication in the cookbook, e-mail the complete recipe to edpemberton@lcmail.lcsc.edu prior to Nov. 16
