LC Sax Quartet to give a pair of concerts
The Lewis-Clark State College Saxophone Quartet will perform twice during the first week of November, including a concert at Lewis-Clark State College.
The Quartet will perform on Friday, Nov. 4, at noon at the Washington State University Library and part of the WSU Atrium Series. The Quartet then performs at LCSC on Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the Lewis-Clark State College Silverthorne Theatre. Both concerts are free and open to the public.
The concerts, entitled "Three Soloists and a Quartet", feature music by J.S. Bach, William Grant Still, and George Gershwin. There will also be three soloist performances on the program.
The Quarter is comprised of Bill Perconti, Duke Sullivan, Ted King-Smith, and Ryan King.
