Lewis-Clark Service Corps offers AmeriCorps tutors, mentors
LEWISTON, Idaho - Lewis-Clark Service Corps is soliciting applications from host agencies seeking the services of an AmeriCorps tutor or mentor in 2012-2013. Host agencies may include public and charter schools, faith-based and non-profit organizations, colleges and universities, correctional facilities, and probation and parole offices.
LC Service Corps members begin serving Sept. 1 and may serve full or part-time in terms ranging 10-12 months. They must provide direct service to students or clients. The service requires a cash match of $5,550 for full-time members and $3,900 for part-time.
