Colleague -Ellucian Financial Reporting System

Lewis-Clark State College’s integrated software system was purchased from formerly Datatel, Inc but is now called Ellucian. Colleague is the name of the software system. The Colleague system is comprised of several specific modules:

Core: Data records for students & vendors
Student: Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Accounts Receivable, & Cash Receipts
Financial: Budget, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Purchasing & Accounts Payable.
WarriorWeb: Class registration, fee payment, grade reporting, bank information, on-line RQ

 The goal of this website is to provide assistance to staff navigating through various inquiry screens within the Colleague financial module.
