All LCSC employees and students are encouraged to sign up for LC Direct Deposit in order to receive reimbursement for LC business transactions in the most time and cost efficient manner. Decrease the risk of losing a check or standing in long lines at the bank. We all benefit from LC Direct Deposit; cost savings for less paper checks and bank charges, staff time savings for picking up and distributing staff checks, not to mention reissuance fees for lost checks.
LC Direct Deposit funds are deposited into your designated bank account the next business day from the automated email notification. Funds can not be removed from your bank account, as per the terms and agreements of LC Direct Deposit, funds can only be deposited into your bank account.
As of July 1, 2015 travel advances will only be released via direct deposit. Paper checks for those employees not choosing to participant in the direct deposit program will be issued twice a month, on the week of the 10th and the week of the 20th.
Easy sign up instructions:
Log-on to Warrior Web, (if you do not have a login contact the helpdesk at X2231), select Employee Menu. Under Financial Information choose the My Bank Information (U.S.) link. Review and agree to the Electronic Refund Information, and complete the My Bank Information (U.S.) form.
