Equipment donated
to Lewis-Clark State College is recorded at fair market value at the
time of donation. Those items with a value of $2,000 or more must be
tagged and entered into the College’s inventory system.
Items valued at $5,000 or more will be capitalized and
recorded as capital assets for financial statement reporting. All
equipment donations need to be reported to the College Advancement
Office at ext 2458 and the Controller’s Office at ext 2206.
