Can anyone access FRx?

You must be an employee of Lewis Clark State College and be authorized by your department head to view financial data utilizing the FRx interface.

 How many users can access a cost center?

Due to flexibility in the FRx software it’s a hit and release system. Watch the active sessions limit if the response time is slow.

Can FRx be accessed from home or on the road?

No. You must be able to access the LCSC internal portal site to access FRx.

Can FRx be saved on my hard drive?

Yes! Select Save As from the browser tool bar along with  

Web page complete as the file type.

How current is the data?

The general ledger is updated nightly so the data will reflect all but the current day’s activity.

Are prior year’s data available?

Due to size restrictions and the vast number of reports generated by FRx, Year to Date detail reports are available under the Previous Fiscal Years folders for FY2002-2005. The monthly June report and the Year to Date data is available for all subsequent fiscal years.

How often will I need to change my password?

A password change is not required at this time.

What happens if I forget my password?

Contact Bev Hill @ ext.2206 to have your password reset.

Does FRx have a timeout feature?

Yes, after 20 minutes of inactivity your session will be timed out.

Who do I contact if I’m having a problem?

If the problem is related to connectivity or printing contact the helpdesk ext. 2231. Once you have accessed FRx and have any content questions contact Bev Hill ext.2206.

When I print all the numbers are stacked on top of each other, what’s wrong?

There are no monthly transactions in the report requested. FRx exports data to Adobe software which requires a place holder. Without any information the data lines don’t know where to break and they print on top of each other.
