FRx reports print from Adobe software. The FRx reports were built to print in Portrait/Letter format. Leave the Financial Report and Detail Report boxes checked as indicated in the sample above. Modifying these selections may create printing errors.

Check Account Detail along with Current Selection for appropriated accounts. This will provide summary information on your fund 10 and fund 12 accounts.

Check Transaction Detail along with Current Report Unit to provide transaction detail for all your accounts.

Current Selection is like a print screen and will only print the page you’re on.

Current Reporting Unit designates the entire cost center. If combined with Account Detail this designation will produce summary information. If combined with Transaction Detail this designation will produce detail information including vendor name, voucher number or cash receipt number.

The Entire Tree option is rarely used but is available if you have access to the entire cost center tree. This option breaks by object rather than cost center.

Feel free to experiment with the various options until you find the selection you like best.
