Memberships
There are two types of memberships; institutional
memberships that are held in the name of the institution and individual
memberships that are held in the name of an individual.
Institutional memberships:
- Must be in the name of Lewis-Clark State College and stated as such on the billing.
- Must be approved by the next level of authority prior to enrollment.
- May be paid from state funds.
Individual memberships:
- Must be approved by the next level of authority prior to enrollment.
- Must be paid from local funds only.
- Must include a copy of the brochure or document requesting payment attached to the requisition.
Dues
Professional association or organization dues are
generally associated with an employee by virtue of educational
background, occupational field, or professional certification. Payment
criteria is the same as memberships.
