Your Datatel account number consists of 15 digits; the
last five digits are referred to as objects. If the last five digits
begin with a 5 it’s an expense object. Expense objects identify the type
of expenditure associated with your purchase. For example, Office
supplies are designated 55720, Capital Outlay is designated 56520.
