The following documents must be completed and sent to the P-Card Administrator:

·         P-Card Application

·         P-Cardholder User Agreement

·         Department P-Card Manager Agreement

A P-Card will be issued after P-Cardholder training is completed by both the P-Cardholder and Department P-Card Manager.
