The purpose of the Lewis-Clark State College travel
policies and procedures is to convey the basic guidelines for all
College personnel, when traveling on official College business.
It is the intent of the travel policy that the individual
traveler should neither gain nor lose personal funds.
All reimbursable travel must be properly authorized, actually
incurred, essential in achieving the goals or fulfilling the
responsibilities of a particular department, and conducted in the most
economical and practical manner for the Institution.
