The Adult and Family Education
Department supports the lifelong learning process by providing
academic, technical, and personal support to individuals
transitioning into new educational and occupational experiences.
ADULT LEARNING CENTER
- Provides G.E.D. curricula, instruction, and assessment as well
as review and enrichment for adult students. Services are
available throughout Region II.
FAMILY EDUCATION
- Provides support and learning opportunities to families
through adult education, child education, parent-child
activities, family support circles and parenting education.
Services are available throughout Region II.
DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
- Adult and Family Education programs provide instruction in
basic skills, the G.E.D., and family education to inmates
located at North Idaho Correctional Institution in Cottonwood,
the Idaho Correctional Institution at Orofino, and the South
Boise Women's Correctional Center in Boise. |
