THE RACES:

Duathlon: 2 mile run, 12 mile bike and 2 mile run.  The entire course is on the Lewiston levees and Tammany Creek Road, which is entirely asphalt, so both road and mountain bikes are welcome.  The bike portion is an out and back with a gradual climb on the way out.

RULES: 

Variable Time Penalties and potential disqualification will be administered in the event of violation(s) of the following race rules.

• Helmets are required.
• No Drafting.
• No headphones.
• No assistance.
• 15 mph speed limit and no passing zone on return of bike once entering the park.
• Bikes must be racked
• Chin Straps must be fastened
• ABSOLUTELY no riding in the transition Area

ENTRY FEES:  

PRE-REGISTERED (Postmarked by August 11th)

• Individual with Shirt - $25.00

• Individual without Shirt - $15.00

• Team with Shirts - $35.00

• Team without Shirts - $25.00

LATE FEE - $5.00 Per Person

RACE DAY REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED

REFUND - TRI-NORTHWEST MEMBERS will receive a $5.00 refund when picking up their packet.  You MUST present your membership card at this time to receive your refund.

PARKING: Hell’s Gate is an Idaho State Park and will be charging their normal daily parking fee.

AWARDS:  Trophies will be given to the overall winners for MEN, WOMEN and TEAMS.  Ribbons for top three in each age group.
