Chip Timing by LCSC Cross Country

Disclaimer:  Timing done by the LCSC Cross Country program is done as a fundraising activity for the team.  All the proceeds go to support the team.  We are not, nor do we proclaim ourselves to be "professional" timers.  We hope the service we provide is of professional level, but we also know, and expect our customers to know that we don't do this for a living.  So far, we believe we have done a good job at all the events that we time and we would encourage you to contact any of our current clients to see what they think.  Additionally, our prices are set a little under what the "pro's" charge, and we are willing to negotiate on costs, depending on who the timing is for (charitable entity...).

• Again, please note that if you think your event is something we may be interested in and the pricing structure doesn't seem appropriate and/or you are a charitable organization or the money goes to help kids, please contact Coach Collins to visit further.

FUN RUNS

•  $600.00 or per registration (which ever is more)
• $3.00 per pre-registered participant
• $3.50 per race-day/late registrant
• Multiple races - Add $25.00 per race (IE - 5K and 10K)
• Generator Required - $25.00
• Race Clock - $25.00
• Replacement of lost chips - $25.00 per chip
• Expectation of a number of volunteers and other details to assist with backup timing, etc...
• Mileage fee if race is not within general region

TRIATHLONS, DUATHLONS and other MULTI-SPORT EVENTS

•  $1,000.00 or per registration (which ever is more)
• $4.00 per pre-registered participant
• $5.00 per race-day/late registrant
• Multiple races - Add $25.00 per race (IE - 5K and 10K)
• Splits Required - additional fees (negotiable)
• Multiple start times (Waves) - additional fees (negotiable)
• Generator Required - $25.00
• Race Clock - $25.00
• Replacement of lost chips - $50.00 per chip
• Expectation of a number of volunteers and other details to assist with backup timing, etc...
• Mileage fee if race is not within general region

Cross Country Meets

•  $400.00 or per registration (which ever is more)
• $2.00 per pre-registered participant
• $2.50 per race-day/late registrant
• Multiple races - Add $25.00 per race (IE - 5K and 10K)
• Generator Required - $25.00
• Race Clock - $25.00
• Replacement of lost chips - $25.00 per chip
• Expectation of a number of volunteers and other details to assist with backup timing, etc...
• Mileage fee if race is not within general region

There are other details that go with setting up a timing (pre-registered format, type of results needed, etc....).  Those things can be discussed if it looks like you are interested in having your event timed by LCSC Cross Country.
