Dear  ,(cat's name)

This is Santa. To prepare for Christmas I have been checking my good and bad kitty lists and there you were at the top of the good kitty list! I am so proud of you! I know it was really hard for you to quit climbing the curtains and sharpening your claws on the furniture.

Your family is really proud of you too and they told me they love you a lot. They said you are a great nap buddy and you’re purring and lap sitting is very adorable. It has also been reported that you are responsible for lowering your parent’s blood pressure! That is a significant accomplishment. Keep up the good work!

I understand there is a stocking just for you. My elves are hard at work baking special treats just for you and stuffing fake mice with catnip to leave for you on Christmas Eve. We also heard that you like to chase rope and yarn so look for that in your stocking too.

Stay good and resist the urge to climb the Christmas tree! If you like you can play in the empty boxes and wrapping paper on Christmas morning. Keep purring and making your family happy!
