You Work Here?Text Box: Name: Babette Peterson Department: Controller’s Office Position: Financial Technician Text Box: What I do: Basically I work in Accounts Payables. Any invoices with expenses incurred by Lewis-Clark State College are processed and paid by a group of employees in accounts payable, which I am a member of. I, personally, handle all of the accounts payables and financial reporting for Twin Rivers Bookstore. Lewis Clark State College has a campus-wide photocopier account Text Box: which I maintain. This consists of ordering any photocopiers, reporting the meter readings to the appropriate vendor and ordering supplies, plus the financial reporting of this account. I complete any credit application needed to set up an open account with vendors. Hobbies/Items of Interest: I love digital photography and scrap Text Box: booking. My husband has recently expanded his general contracting business to include an elaborate engraving piece of equipment that will engrave extremely detailed pictures on glass, marble, granite, mirrors, wood and plexiglass to name a few.
