Course Description: |

Explores the concept of leadership from an interdisciplinary
perspective: psychological determinants of leaders and followers,
political factors of governance, sociological issues connecting
individuals and small groups, anthropological factors in tracking
societal transformations and management skills in the practice of
leadership. |
