Frequently Asked Questions

How do I drop an online course?

How you drop an online course varies depending on the date and the time during the semester.

Before the start of the semester you may drop any and all courses online via WarriorWeb

The first day of the semester through the 5th day you may drop individual courses online via WarriorWeb, if you wish to withdraw from all of your courses, you must submit a Total Withdrawal Form to the Office of the Registrar.  Please note -- WarriorWeb registration closes at 5:00 p.m. at the end of the 5th day of the semester.

Starting the 6th day of the semester through the last day to withdraw (the end of the 10th week of classes) you may drop a course by either submitting an Add/Drop Form to the Office of the Registrar or by emailing registrar@lcsc.edu from your LCMail account (this is the only email account accepted for official college related business).  If you wish to withdraw from all of your courses, you must submit a Total Withdrawal Form to the Office of the Registrar.

After the last day to withdraw, you must complete a Student Petition Form to withdraw from any course.
