It is recommended that you check for system updates for your
computer at least once a month.
It's a good idea to have a backup computer
you can use, especially to check when you get an error
message or are having other problems.
If the backup computer isn't having
the same problems, it's a good bet the concern lies with
your computer or Internet Service Provider.
If the problem occurs on more than one
computer, especially ones using different Internet
Service Providers, then the problem is more likely to be
with an on-campus system.

Your name and Student ID
Course and Instructor name
Where the problem occurred
Description of the problem (Include
any error messages or phenomena)
