|Computer System Requirements - To use Blackboard Learn and be a successful online student at LCSC, there are recommended computer system requirements.|
|Web Browsers - LCSC e-Learning Services recommends the use of Google Chrome when using Blackboard.|
|Blackboard Help for Students - Blackboard also offers basic instructions and tutorials for using their tools. Visit their help site for more information. Please note the information on the Blackboard's help page may not be the same as LCSC's version of Blackboard.|

|Read & Write Literacy Software - As an LCSC Student you have access to download this software. Read&Write is an award-winning literacy toolbar that enables all learners to realize their full potential. It offers support with everyday tasks like reading text out loud, understanding unfamiliar words, researching assignments, and proofing written work. Support provided by Disability Services.|
|Disability Services - Disability Services facilitates equal access for students with disabilities by coordinating accommodations and support services, cultivating a campus culture that is sensitive and responsive to the needs of students. Students need to contact Disability Services at the beginning of each semester to arrange for accommodations.|
Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is provided to LCSC students at no cost. Download it online using your LCMail e-mail account. Support provided by IT Helpdesk.
|Google Drive - Get access to files anywhere through secure cloud storage and file backup for your photos, videos, files and more with Google Drive. With you LCmail account, you have access to Google Drive which includes Docs, Sheets, and more! Visit the Google Drive help section for questions and support.|
|Library - Visit the LCSC Library website to access information about collections and databases. Technical support for "Films on Demand" used in online courses is provided by the Library.|
