SMOKING – outdoors only in designated areas.

INSIDE DOOR – adjoining room doors must be kept closed.

OUTSIDE DOORS – must be kept closed in order for the heating/cooling system to function properly.

ADHESIVE-TYPE TAPE – do not use tape of any kind to secure cords on the carpet. Do not use tape of any kind to attach posters to any painted surface throughout the facility. Damage caused by the use of tape will be charged to the user.

SIGNS/POSTERS – use push pins for attachment to walls and panels. Portable sign poles and/or easels are available upon request. Do not use staples unless approved by the ECC Office.

RICE & CONFETTI – not to be thrown inside or out. We suggest bird seed, but outside only, please.

PLASTIC COVERING – necessary on carpet when using popcorn poppers or demonstrations that would in any way cause damage to the carpet.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER – necessary if using any cooking mechanism in the facility.

CLEAN-UP – an additional $50 minimum charge may be assessed if excessive clean-up is necessary.

SET-UP CHANGES – Please check your setup and make any changes 48 hours prior to your event. Any setup changes made after this point will incur a $25/hr charge, minimum 1 hour.

CONTRACT – must be signed and returned no less than ten (10) working days prior to the event. All reservations must be cancelled within 72 hours of the event to avoid facility charges.  A contract is not required for LCSC events.

FOOD – no outside food is allowed in any facility. Campus Food Service** is under contract for food provisions.

BEVERAGES – coffee, tea, and citrus based punch (no berry-based punches allowed).

Requests for dances will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  If a dance is permitted, additional security will be required. Please contact them directly at 208-792-2226.
