How long will it take to complete the program?
The average PACE candidate completes the program in 18 months. Summer I, Fall, Spring, Summer II (Internship I) and Fall Internship II (Student Teaching). The time commitment described assumes the candidate has completed all core and pre-professional courses before entering the first summer session.
What are the time commitments during the summer sessions?
The summer sessions are very time intensive. (7:15 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday) for 8 weeks. Mornings are committed to working with students in local schools. The afternoons are classroom studies at LCSC.

What is the time commitment for Internship II (Student Teaching)?
Internship II (Student Teaching) is a one semester full-time commitment. It can be completed during the Fall or Spring semester following Internship I (Summer II).
