Health Minor

21-24 credits

This minor is designed for individuals interested in health promotion and/or teaching health/wellness in allied health organizations, fitness/wellness programs, recreation programs, and schools. Upon completion of this minor, with an approved teacher education program, students will qualify for teacher certification in health in Idaho and Washington secondary schools.

Note: To qualify for a State of Idaho Health teaching endorsement and an approved teacher education program must accompany this minor.
