| 1. | The minutes of 4/4/05 were approved. The minutes of 4/18/05 were not available and will need to be considered later. |
| 2. | Implementation of the new CEs. The administration is going to implement the new CEs on-line but they have indicated opposition to making hard copies an option. |
| 3. | Honors Policy |
| a. A new policy for Baccalaureate Degree Honors was presented and discussed. The new policy will allow students to qualify for honors using either their LCSC GPA if they have enough LCSC credits or their All-Source GPA which is a combination of their LCSC GPA and their GPA from all other colleges. | |
| b. The new policy would be adopted for the May graduation of 2007. The 1-time policy change approved for the Spring of 2005 would continue to be used for the 2005-2006 school year while preparations are made for instituting the new policy. | |
| c. Motion passed: The committee moved, seconded, and passed a motion to approve the new Baccalaureate Degree Honors policy and send it to the Faculty Senate. | |
| 4. | The meeting was adjourned |
