Technology Advisory Committee Report 11/11/04

 The Technology Advisory Committee met on Friday, October 29.

A question was raised about the technology in the Annex at last Senate meeting. IT will be taking the equipment out and distributing the equipment around campus where it is needed.

All proposals for Classroom Infrastructure Equipment requests must be submitted by January 4, 2005. The first meeting to review the proposals will be January 7 and the final awards will be made on January 21.

The next meeting of the TAC is November 19 at 8am in SUB141. At that meeting we will formalize the rating scheme to be used when we review the proposals in January.
