Senate Snapshot

Thanks for coming to the Faculty Association meeting on Thursday! Brian
did a fabulous job of presiding over the busy meeting.

We have one more meeting this semester – a Faculty Senate meeting on 5/8.
SGC 41 as usual. There will be a couple of issues presented for a vote. We
will have refreshments since it is our last meeting. Come celebrate – we’re
almost done.

Congrats to Joni Mina – our new Chair-elect.

Congratulations to Bill Johnson, Julie Sage and Lynn White for being awarded
Professor Emeritus status. It is certainly a well-deserved honor for these
colleagues.

On Sunday, 5/4, the Coeur d’ Alene graduation ceremony will take place. This
will be the start of the end-of-the-academic-year parties, ceremonies and
celebrations. Enjoy.
