Check out
Professional Development Training at
www.lcsc.edu/pdt. The
program offers free learning courses and web
resources to all LCSC
employees, including faculty, student workers,
irregular help, and
adjuncts. The PDT committee comprised of
faculty and staff have
been gearing up the last few months for the next
session’s offerings.
Call Julie Crea at x2333 with any questions.
Grades are due to
the Registrar by noon on 5/19.
Commencement:
Faculty will line up on the truck ramp on 5/16
at 5pm.
For the opening ceremony we will enter in two
separate rows. The rows
should be as even as possible. Clay Robinson and
Brian Christenson are
Commencement Marshals. I believe we have about
350 students
participating in the ceremony. At the end, we
will have an honor guard
of faculty that students must pass through on
their way to the reception
in the SUB. Faculty should congratulate students
and keep them moving
toward the SUB.
The commencement
ceremony for our CdA graduates took place in
Coeur d’Alene last Sunday, 5/4, at NIC in the
Beautiful Schuler
Auditorium. It was great seeing the CdA faculty
and many Lewiston
faculty were in attendance (it was great seeing
them too.
J )
Professor Chris Alhman from the Social Work
program won the
student selected Faculty Award.
Congratulations!
