Enrollment Confirmation and Your Financial Aid
Instructors must report that you
have attended each class for which you are recieving
Federal financial aid. Beginning August 18 no
new Federal aid will be posted for a student until
after enrollment confirmation has been received.
You can view your attendance record on Warriorweb
under the "Grades/Attendance" link.
Remember, fee payment or payment
arrangements must be in place by August 31
regardless of when your classes start (this also
includes fees for late start classes).
Aid for students that has not
already posted will not post until enrollment
confirmation has been received in all classes.
To avoid late fees be sure that attendance has been
verified in all classes by the August 31 deadline.
For those students who had aid
posted prior to school starting must have attendance
for all classes verified by September 10 or aid
already disbursed will be reduced and any balance
must be repaid immediately to the Controller's
Office to avoid late fees.
If you are changing your
enrollment level due to add/drops be sure to check
in with the Financial Aid Office so that aid can be
adjusted accordingly.
