Verification

If you are selected for verification you will be required to submit copies of your and your spouse’s (and your parents’ if dependent) Federal Income Tax Returns, W-2 forms, a verification worksheet and any other documentation requested by the Financial Aid Office. The Financial Aid Office has the authority to select any application for verification. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in the forfeiture of the Federal Pell Grant, campus-based aid and loan eligibility for the award year. Any funds already disbursed will be subject to repayment.
