Lewis-Clark State College has consortium agreements with several Idaho colleges which allows LCSC students to enroll for coursework at other institutions and have those credits apply to their overall financial aid eligibility at LCSC. These colleges include North Idaho College and Ricks College. The "home" institution will be the one that will grant the student’s degree or certificate. The other institution will be call the "host" institution. The total financial aid award will be disbursed by the institution through which the student is seeking a degree and taking at least one credit. If the student is enrolled in equal credits at both institutions, they should apply for financial aid at the "home" institution. Once the student has received aid from one institution they will continue to do so during the same academic year as long as they are enrolled in at least one credit at the "home" institution. The institution disbursing the financial assistance will monitor satisfactory academic progress and administer refunds according to that institution’s policy. Students will be responsible for obtaining and completing the Concurrent Enrollment Certification Form. For further information concerning policies and procedures students should contact the Financial Aid Offices at Lewis-Clark State College, North Idaho College and Ricks College.
