Out-of-State Scholarships/Waivers

Presidential Out-of-State Tuition Waiver

Promising new non-resident students with at least a high school or transfer cumulative GPA of 3.0 are considered for this merit-based award. Students must be tentatively admitted by the priority deadline*. This scholarship will be renewable for up to four years of consecutive attendance towards a Bachelor's degree and up to two years of consecutive attendance towards an Associate's degree based upon meeting the following requirements: maintaining a 2.5 semester GPA, completing at least 12 credits per semester, and advance regist ering each semester. Washington Reciprocity Out-of-State Tuition Waiver

Awarded to promising new students from the state of Washington on the basis of academic merit. Students must have at least a high school or transfer cumulative GPA of 3.0 and be tentatively admitted by the priority deadline*. Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE)

This waiver allows a select number of students to enroll in 2 and 4 year degree programs at 150% of LCSC's Idaho resident fees. To qualify you must be from one of the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, or Wyoming. First round awarding will be selected on merit-based criteria of at least a high school or transfer cumulative 2.8 GPA and be tentatively admitted by the priority deadline*. This waiver is renewable for up to four years of consecutive attendance towards a Bachelor's degree and up to two years of consecutive attendance towards an Associate's degree based upon meeting the following requirements: maintaining a 2.5 semester GPA, completing at least 12 credits per semester, and advance registering each semester.
