Financial Aid Cost of Education*

The cost of education at an institution is a set dollar figure which estimates how much it will cost you to attend college for a specific period of time. The cost of education may be different for individual students, based on such factors as enrollment patterns, state of legal residency and housing status. The cost of education is not constant and will vary at each institution. When determining the cost of education the following elements are taken into consideration: fees and tuition; room and board; books and supplies; transportation; and personal expenses.
